The End

“For this reason I kneel before the Father from whom every family in heaven and on earth is named.”

Yesterday I had the privilege of listening to prayer from Christian leaders in several countries around the globe. Praying together on a zoom call. Watched and joined by…who knows how many? Most important, watched and heard by God.

“I pray that He may grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with power in the inner man through His Spirit,”

It seems obvious to many that we are very close to Jesus’ return. Things will likely get worse before they get better. We need to be strengthened!

“and that the Messiah may dwell in your hearts through faith.”

Think of it! The King and Creator of all wants to live in us! How do we get through the last days? How do we get through anything, really?

We know the end of the story. We know that the end is actually the beginning. When Jesus returns, it’s for His Bride. And it’s for an eternity with Him. For those who love Him. And who can refuse such love?

“I pray that you, being rooted and firmly established in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the length and width, height and depth of God’s love, and to know the Messiah’s love that surpasses knowledge,”

Today we can pray that we will know His love for us. We can pray that He will strengthen us. And we should repent of anything that would keep us from truly knowing and being filled with Him.

“so you may be filled with all the fullness of God.” Ephesians‬ ‭3‬:‭14‬-‭19‬ ‭HCSB
